Provinsi Jawa Timur memiliki potensi dalam pertanian dan perkebunan yang melimpah, terutama untuk komoditas buah-buahan. Perilaku ekonomi dilakukan oleh para petani buah adalah berimprovisasi memproduksi memasarkan olahan buah-buahan, seperti yoghurt fruit leather. Dalam hal ini, diperlukan alat pemanas melakukan produksi ekonomis, efektif, optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang bangun elektrik produk berbasis tubular heater element sebagai utama Pemanas menjadi salah satu pengembangan dapat dijadikan alternatif bahan ramah lingkungan serta ekonomis. Penggunaan thermostat pada agar suhu dijaga keadaan optimal antara 75°-85°C. Alat dibuat dimensi panjang 90cm, lebar 60cm, tinggi 60cm. Prinsip kerja sama oven, digunakan semua jenis pertanian, peternakan juga masih dikategorikan guna mendukung perkembangan perekonomian bidang pertanian.
